Hot Rolled Equal Angles Sutton Coldfield

Uses and Applications
Used in load-bearing structures as finished angles or bolted/welded back-to-back for tee shapes. Surface scale may be removed by pickling and oiling (P&O), with shot blasting commonly applied in Sutton Coldfield for a smooth or painted finish.
Manufacture and Standards
Produced to S275 and S355 standards, with S355 requiring a minimum tensile yield of 355 N/mm². Larger section tolerances range from 0.4 mm upwards.
