E220 Spec
Description:
E220 is a low carbon steel extensively supplied in cold formed ERW precision tubes. Tubes are usually rolled in the S2 condition (produced from HRPO coil), however other tubes are also rolled with the following surface conditions:
- S1 – Self colour
- S3 – Cold rolled
- S4 – Metalic coated
ERW tubes are ideal for forming and light loading applications, typical products include furniture and seating, handling and shopping trolleys, car exhaust systems, hand-railing and shop racking. All products (with the exception of S1 condition) have a high quality surface finish suitable for finishing with powder coatings or electro-zinc plating.
